Priced at $100 and suitable for ages 12 and up, this 3-hour workshop covers essential fiber concepts such as staple length, drafting, and twist, alongside terminology specific to spinning wheels. Participants will practice with pencil spinning before progressing to the spinning wheel, using the provided alpaca roving and spinning wheels during class. Morgan, a seasoned spinner with a decade of experience and multiple awards for her handspun yarns, will guide you through the process, empowering you to craft your unique yarn creations. As Kromski dealers, we offer the option to purchase or order spinning wheels after the class for those interested in continuing their spinning journey at home.
